SUBMISSION OF FINAL VERSION OF ACCEPTED PAPERS
The author notifications will be sent on May 28, 2010, after which final version submission site will open.
Final version submission deadline is June 18, 2010.
In order to get the paper published, it is required that at least
one author
register
for the workshop before June 23, 2010.
Please complete all steps in the procedure below.
Final version submission procedure:
- Prepare a full-length paper
of max. 6 pages in accordance with the IEEE ICASSP style format
Please carefully comply with the guidelines. Papers which do not fulfil the requirements can not be published.
Templates for preparation of manuscript in accordance with guidelines
LaTeX style file with margin, page layout, font, etc. definitions.
BiBTeX style file with bibliography style definitions.
LaTeX template file, an example of using the "spconf.sty" and "IEEEbib.bst" files above.
MS Word sample, a template of correct formatting and font use.
(Use e.g., right mouse click "save as")Update April 6, 2010: Added a new Word template that follows the same style as the LaTeX template. (In the previous version author affiliations were in a footnote. In the correct version they should be together with the title.) Please use this when preparing the final version of your paper.

- PDF Compatibility Check
Submitted papers must follow the IEEE Xplore PDF Specification to be included in the proceedings. The authors should use the IEEE PDF eXpress to check their own PDF files or to create them from various word processing formats.
You can register to the IEEE PDF eXpress site using the Conference ID mlsp10x. More detailed instructions are provided below and on the IEEE PDF eXpress site.
- Paper Upload
The papers should be uploaded through the EasyChair conference management system at http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=mlsp2010.
Go to the page for the paper and select "Submit a new version" from the menu on the right.
Please note that you must include a response to review comments as an attachment (a separate text or PDF file) with your revised submission.
- Copyright Form
The first corresponding author of the paper will receive an email from IEEE with instructions for filling in the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form.
The copyright form must be completed by June 18, 2010!

- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site
If you have not used the service before, register using mlsp10x for the Conference ID.
If you have used the service before (possibly with another conference), log in to your existing account using mlsp10x for the Conference ID.
After setting up your account for MLSP 2010 the first time, you will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.
- For each conference paper, click "Create New Title".
- Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required)
- Click "Submit PDF for Checking" or "Submit Source Files for Conversion"
- Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click "Upload File". You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload
- You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed.
